What you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and event brief. Organisation, phone, timing, location and audience details help us understand your request. Please do not include sensitive health, financial or other confidential information.

Where your enquiry goes

Formspree processes your submission and sends it to enquiry@lukecook.com.au so we can respond to your enquiry. It also provides spam filtering and a submission archive. Formspree may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Its privacy policy explains its processing, retention and service providers.

Spam checks and external links

Formspree may use reCAPTCHA to check submissions. The check is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Video links take you to YouTube, which applies its own privacy settings. This site does not currently include advertising pixels or website analytics.

Questions about your information

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion, email enquiry@lukecook.com.au. You can also use that address directly if you prefer not to submit the form.
