MOMENTS TO MOVEMENTS™ · SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS

A moment gets
your attention.
Let’s give it direction.

For employees and teams navigating change. Leaders and executives shaping culture. Communities and causes bringing people together to make a difference.

THE SIX-M FRAMEWORK

Something matters.
How do we get it moving?

Moments to Movements gives a practical shape to that question. We work through six connected stages, using the stories, challenges and possibilities that matter to your people.

01

Moment

Notice what has made you stop and pay attention.

02

Meaning

Understand why it matters to you and your people.

03

Manifest

Imagine what you want to make possible.

04

Mapping

Find a practical place to begin.

05

Momentum

Keep showing up, learning and taking action.

06

Movement

Create something people want to be part of.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

One framework.
Three kinds of change.

01 / EMPLOYEES & TEAMS

What will you do
with your moment?

Keynote or workshop · Personal change, purpose & story

Change at work or in life can leave people asking: what matters to me now, and how do I move forward? This session gives employees and teams space to reflect, reconnect with purpose and choose their next step.

Drawing on my own experiences and the idea of a Life’s Resume, we explore the moments that have shaped us and how they can become a starting point for positive change.

We’ll work on:

  • Recognising the moment and the meaning it holds
  • Imagining the change you want to make
  • Mapping a first step and what will help you keep going
Discuss a session for your team
02 / LEADERS & EXECUTIVES

Turn the change
you want into
a shared movement.

Keynote or workshop · Culture, leadership & participation

You know what needs to change. How do you help your people understand it, believe in it and play a part?

We use the six Ms and the Moments to Movements personas to explore how people respond to change, what helps them get involved and how everyday actions can shift culture.

We’ll work on:

  • Giving the change a meaning people can connect with
  • Understanding different responses and barriers to participation
  • Turning shared intention into practical actions and ongoing momentum
Discuss your leadership or culture brief
03 / COMMUNITIES & CAUSES

A room full of people.
A reason to care.
A place to begin.

Speaking or facilitated conversation · Shared issues & collective action

For community groups, associations and cause-led events, bringing people together is a chance to turn shared concern into meaningful action.

Through stories, questions and conversation, we explore what the issue means to the people in the room and where they can contribute.

We’ll work on:

  • Connecting an important issue to human stories and lived experience
  • Making room for different perspectives and shared meaning
  • Identifying a useful contribution and a next step beyond the event

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

The right format
for what comes next.

A keynote: introduce the idea, open up a new perspective and give your audience a practical starting point.

A workshop: spend time applying the framework to your own moments, culture or shared challenge.

A workshop with follow-through: make room to revisit progress, work through barriers and keep the next steps moving.

We’ll agree the focus, preparation, length and support around your brief.
